Congratulations!

I got laid off last week and just today accepted a 2-3 month temp assignment. I know what the job market's like and I envy ANYBODY (Aspie or not) who can find work. Best of luck!

Congrats. I live just down the street from H.H. Gregg's corporate headquarters in Indy.

I almost worked there once, but ended up at RadioShack instead.

Nothing wrong w/ a temp assignment, it beats unemployment by a mile.

Congratulations! In today's economy, there are roughly 6-15 people for each job out there. Being able to land *anything* is pretty good.

Many seniors got their investments cut with the market downturn (and got scared and transitioned their portfolios into cash) which put even more experienced people into the market which causes a downward trend and additional competition for all jobs.

So... you did good :)
