A few ideas:
* Ask your parentss for support. Tell your mom to not give you as much food.
* Don't eat at the computer. This will make the computer and/or food less appealing.
* Take a walk around the block, or even just . This shoudn't cause you too much pain.

By the way, your avatar doesn't seem bad to me. Did you change it from the previous posts?

It certianly sounds to me like you desperatly DO need work. Your parents should be pushing you to get a job.

I'm not making excuses but I think how I got into this lifestyle was because of my pain issues.

I am overweight,my weight causes me immense joint pain,I have to lose weight. I must exercise, but I can't because of my joint pain...I have even had pain killers prescribed to no avail.

You are making excuses. Go outside and walk, or join a gym.
The pain is probably due to your weight problem. You have to focus on losing weight. And stop drinking soda.
