At the moment I am finding life IMPOSSIBLE because of my high levels of anxiety and very bad anger problems (refer too my past threads about what makes me angry and nervous)

Could it be because I have not been working for 2 years, ocd or aspergers I dunno? Are there any steps I could take too improve my quality of life? I did find when I went too college that I did not lose my temper so much I think?

Too give you some more info I know that the things that worry and get me annoyed are irrational and pose no real danger but it still does not stop me overreacting too these things when I encounter them in every day life.

I think the key too this issue as well is that if getting angry and nervous had no negative health effects on your body I would have no issues but I just would not feel happy. Because though having these emotions does effect your health its an extra worry
