Hi all. The older I get, the harder it is for me to find a common language with people. When I accidentally heard several times that they call me strange, I realized that not only one person thinks so. I do not like groups of people - I cannot catch their mood, and I remain on my own.
Hope that all of us can find calmness in this world

Welcome to the forum. Folks around here are generally pretty cool.

I only recently learned that I'm autistic, and it's still a bit of an adjustment, but I think that there's a ton of information around here to help redesign your life in a way that gets that calm feeling. I know I'm more calm just knowing that I don't have to solve all my problems by myself.

welcome! finding out I am autistic helped so much. what a relief to finally understand my struggles and painful past. finally at age 68 when I was diagnosed I began to find that peace which you mention. Glad you are with us!
