The cake tastes really good to be fair

There was still a bit of cake mix that didn't cook properly and it was all gooey in parts

I cooked vegetable casserole. It wasn't very exciting but it was the first time I ever cooked an actual meal that didn't come out of a box.
I'd say it was a success.

I have water boiling on the stove, will add the pasta soon. With it some store bought spinach pancakes that I'll warm up. Didn't feel like really cooking today.

Mashed taters with mushrooms, onions, spinach, lentils, garlic, and a few other bits and pieces. It's quite a challenge but I'm used to the procedure and there's enough for a week. Wouldn't want to go to all that trouble just to get one meal out of it.
