My favourite part of a relationship is going to sleep next to her at night and waking up next to her the next morning.

^^ I believe I have great difficulty understanding relationships. There are so many rules and rituals that apply when initiating the relationship and then within the relationship. ^^ I believe I also do not understand the concept a very large amount. Why does the one that a human cares for the most require to be the one that they have sex with?

Being understood quite often
Knowing if something's important to me, the time will be taken to hear me.
My needs often cared for and considered
Companionship
Physical closeness and touching
Having a future together

I can't boil that down to one thing, but I could call it genuine connection and some security
