medium spice s&b golden curry with tofu, celery, bell pepper(yellow and orange), fuji apple, and minced ginger over a bowl of white rice. waited to throw in the apple until half way through the boiling time(so it wouldn't be so soft and mild of taste by the end like last time. then waited until it returned to full boil before adding another ten minutes to the timer), and added the ginger at the time of adding the sauce to be stirred in(still didn’t work, as the ginger didn’t retain the ginger taste, though it seemed it might have made the sauce gingery.).

earlier today, there was yakisoba with vegetarian yakisoba sauce, stir fried tofu, zucchini, broccolini(it's taste and consistency seem a cross between broccoli and asparagus), baby portabella mushroom, and black sesame seed.

should have leftovers for the next few days, so that’s convenient.
