Veggie burger with tartar sauce then fiber cinnamon cake bar

...A Big Azz brand microwave spicy chicken burger, though I microwaved it in the room's microwave, not the store where I bought it's. Plus peanut butter.

Boiled potatoes... Which I regretted when I used up 2/3 of a toilet roll later on wiping my posterior from an excessive volume of excrement being produced.

one quarter serving chocolate

lotus root/carrot/peanut soup, one liter

five liter water

two apples

one peach

one banana

four strawberries

two piece whole wheat Trader Joe's naan. delicious. (tasted like pancakes). toasted, warm. ghee. tasted like butter.

one half pound total Whole Foods salad bar: broccoli, pinto beans, string bean. (the broccoli came from the beef broccoli. tried to wipe off the sauce/oil/fat. but it still tasted way too greasy. should've rinsed it off. but that would only go so far).

usually i go to whole foods, in the morning and the lunch merchandise (listed above), is not out yet. and the most recent time i ate from the salad bar was last year. but suddenly upon looking at the broccoli beef, got a craving for broccoli. so, might as well.
