There's a lot of talk on here about ideal partners. What about your worst nightmare of a partner? (And no guys, I don't mean out of shape women, I'm talking personality.)

My nightmare partner would be Larry David's Wife in Curb Your Enthusiasm. She's high-maintenance, gets jealous at any women that Larry is talking to (and he is a faithful man, just knows actresses because of being in the business) and everything has to be just so with her. It's almost like their relationship is an odd couple relationship where he just puts up with her and she gets whatever she wants or else she's prone to extreme nagging. I guess this description doesn't do her justice. You'd have to watch a couple episodes of the show.

Other than that, I hate diva type women (think Gisele, Beyonce types) or women that partying is part of their identity or "party girls." I accept the fact that most women are more social than me, even the introverts, but there's a difference between having a social life and living a life like Paris Hilton.

I would say the same. Any women who nags alot, can't laugh about life, has no sense of humour (a common American trait), is too possessive/suspicious, thinks too much of herself, isn't kind, cowardly and secretive, too concerned with image and all that crap.

My anti-partner would be:

1. Either an ultra-liberal or a right-wing fundamentalist.
2. Asexual or waiting until marriage, and even then, thinks sex should only be for procreation.
3. Flat-chested.
4. Not Christian.
5. NT.
6. Deceitful.

I actually met her around March of this year! My complete opposite! So, I don't want to go into details here...she might be lurking here (I doubt it). But I can say that she loved to dance (I mean all forms of dance, ballet included) and was almost done with her law degree, and she was extremely into politics. grr....I hate politics. I did like her high pitched voice though.

The worst partner to ever have would be someone who is too hooked up on the word normal and sees me as everything to do with AS, so needy and wants lots of touch and hugs and acts like he wants me to be with him at all times. Also try and make me into a normal woman and not be myself and be lazy.

Meet one of the above, you're the worst.

1) shoots down any idea I have without consideration
2) Vocalize about how much they disapprove of my friends, for no reason
3) Has nothing to say to keep a conversation moving
4) Is a complete d-bag, racist sexist slob.

and my most favorite (and this truly happened)
5) When they straight up tell you they're in love with your teenage sister. Often. D:

Hey, that's my daughter-in-law!

and we'll add
4) treats their own children like pets to be looked after during television commercials.
If at all.

5) spend money - on themselves - as fast as possible, and let somebody else put gas in the car, pay the rent, clothe the kids.

The worst partner?

I can think of quite a few but she'd be the worst
if she:

Abuses me and then false accuses me
because of my reactions to being abused
including seizures.

Was too growedup to do anything fun or happy.

Seeks out and loves depressing things.

Lies at me.

Confuses me, leads me to belive something
is ok in the reships then says its not
and abuses me for it.

Won't help me at all, just expects me to
magically have the best job, fall into my
lap, like I control the hires, snap my fingers
and I get hired tomorrow.

Ignores my warnings, I tell at the beginning
of the reships, ie, my malfunctions, what
triggers me to have tantrums, then she does
it on purpose and blames me for it.

Throws lies at me makes fun of my handicap
takes advantage of me, expects me to do all
this stupid poop, abusive to me, then beanhatches
when I have a malfunction that
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR,
(sarcastic: gee excuse me
for being born this way that I did not choose,
yeah, right, I chose to be born this way so I
can "abuse" you buy having reactions to your abuse,
riiiiiiight. /sarcastic)

Makes my life too hard for me to do, then beanhatches
because I am unable to keep up with what she thinks
I should do, causing me to tantrum then blames it
all on me again as usual.

This is why I don't date.
This is why I don't marry.
This is why I cannot have a reships
with someone becauyse they just are
out to harm me.

I cannot take another hit, I will die if I do.

I Will Die.

Reships are too hard for me, I am not made for
doing reshpios, this unit was not designed
with that feature.

My nightmare guy would be someone who clings too tightly to me and needs constant reassurance.
He'd hate me having male friends and get very suspicious every time I spoke to them. He'd insist on joining all of my roleplay clubs, not because he wanted to roleplay (joining for that reason is great) but because he didn't trust me around all of those males. He'd want all of my characters to be tied into his so I wouldn't even be able ot escape from him IC. Eventually he'd probably insist I chose between him and my friends, so at least I'd have an easy way to dump him.

My worst nightmare of a partner is probably the guy I dated a few years ago. He was abusive, perverted, arrogant, condescending and disheveled. He rarely brushed his teeth or wiped his bottom. He had awful taste in music and movies. He didn't "get" my art, and only liked the way I looked with makeup on. Glad I live 3000 miles away from him now. Hey, at least he taught me exactly what type of person to avoid.

Probably my ex husband fits the bill - not just cause I'm unhappy at him because the relationship ended - I kicked him out because of this stuff:

Does not bath, shower, change clothes including socks and underwear or brush teeth for 2 weeks at a time. (he smelt really bad)
Does not contribute to housework or bother to try to get a job but expects to be given anything he wants even if I don't have the money for it.
Lies to me and manipulates me.
Emotionally needy and clingy. (excessively so )
Alcoholic.
Smokes (can't stand this any more).
Has no consideration that I might want to do different things to him.
Does not bother to learn to drive and treats me like an unpaid taxi service.
Bullies me into whatever he wants me to do.

I couldn't get into a relationship with someone who was even remotely like that again.

Highly religious AND blind to anything but her preconceptions of her religion as well as being evangelist (I know some pretty cool "holy rollers" so the 2nd part has to be there)
Willfully ignorant
Will not accept an argument or ever be wrong... even when she clearly is.
Highly Controlling
Hates video games, science and reading
Heavy drinker and smoker

Hmmm, I just made a female persona of my stepdad, cept for the religious part.
