I'm all for that

God one time I was in weight lifting and I got accused of having a hard on. Like no people if it was that it would be poking out of my gym shorts

Thankfully that ended pretty fast. The only other time I've been accused of having a hard on it became OMFG MAJOR GOSSIP! I even got to watch the guy tell a girl I liked that I must be gay for him cause I got hard at his pool party.

Lol, no thanks. XD

Spazzergasm - I have been using the exercise bike too. When I go back to school, I'll have to make use of their gym if I have time. Either that or just run around campus a bit. I'm walking all day anyway to get to my classes on time. My one friend wants to use the pool so I'm packing my swimsuit too. :D

Certainly! As long as you're using it enough to break a sweat and challenge yourself.

Rah! It only works when it won't strain my feet, which is surprisingly often. Surgery is a two year wait though. Come to think of it, when I had to bike to school everyday I was looking pretty hot...

This is all very good. Try and get at least 30 minutes of workout a day. It's ok if it's 10 minutes three times, or twice for 15 minutes, or one solid session.
Oh, and don't use your weights daily, use them every other day.

I obsessed over fitness and dieting for a while, so I know a bit.

What's wrong with your feet?
Ahhh! Lucky! I wish it was a nicer area to bike around here. Too hilly and too many dangerous cars. XD

I do 40 minutes. 20 on a bike at 70-80 rotations per minute and 20 minutes of core exercises. I do the core exercises on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday I'll just do the bike for a little longer. Weekends I'll go on the bike if I don't have some social obligation. I'll have to work out a new routine for when I'm back at school. :D

Wow, nice routine! It really takes some motivational skills to be able to exercise. I've quit mine, and need to start again. XD Kudos to you. :D
How's your diet? You aren't starving yourself I hope. >.> And do you know about the eat 30 minutes after waking up and other little facts like that?

They are very very flat and need surgery to fix them. They're already causing knee, hip and back pain and will only get worse with age and having kids - thus sayeth my doctors. The school route is actually not bad at all. 15 minutes and one hill that really makes you work, but not so much that you look like a sweaty mess for your first class.

Ontopic  Yes very freeing. One day I will have to work up the courage to, when the house is all to myself, walk around nood.
