Slept for 9 to 5. Energy levels decent. No symptoms. Just constipation.

Thus far today zero dogs or other animals barked at me

Thus far have not seen a single off leash dog

Just got stopped by someone in the street thanking me... Apparently they took my advice a few years ago and subsequently. Now they are a millionaire... lol...

nobody and nothing bothered me today.

aikido was great. instructor and me only.

I managed to get usb drives working in VirtualBox, though I'm not absolutely sure how I did so.

When I get back from the vet I can relax the rest of the day.
