I took out my bike from the cellar that i have been neglecting for over a year, i prepared it and gonna go for a short trip tomorrow. When it's warmer i'm gonna take a a little trip (60 miles) and later on this summer i'm hiking for 100 miles on a nearby trail.

I've been in a depression recently and i've decided to set some goals that i can accomplish. It's not that it's hard to do these things (i have the constitution and gear) so it is more of a "get off my butt and do it"-thing.

Really looking forward to it and the whole thought finally being able to head out into nature make me feel great!

I was able to buy chicken from the 'fresh' section of the mini supermarket near my house. I was able to talk and ask the woman if she could give me two pieces of chicken breast. I needed to wait until there was no people left there but still it was a remarkable improvement and I'm proud of myself :D
