Why do neurotypicals get so upset over stupid things?
It seems all neurotypicals have their own little "tick", but the one thing in common is THEYRE ALL ret*d. For example, at work I may not know if a co-worker needed something. They could easily just ask me for it, and I'd give it to them, and there would be no problem. But nooooooo, they HAVE to make an issue of it and say something like "You know you never told me this was here" when there was absolutely NO NEED to say that, or even bring it up. Then they say something like "oh its no big deal". IF ITS NO BIG DEAL, WHY DID YOU EVEN MENTION IT?
I have had stuff happen to me that was WAY more annoying, and I NEVER said a word to ANYONE about it. I never complained to my boss about anyone (neurotypicals seem to love doing this as well) and I NEVER tried to "scold" anyone over MINOR, STUPID STUFF.
Why do NTs feel the need to SCOLD fellow adults, as if they were talking to a child, over NONSENSICAL and MINOR issues? I just DONT GET THAT and I never will. Do NTs have extremely low self esteem or something? Sometimes I wish someone would have told me this, or mabye it'd have been easier if they mentioned that, but I NEVER felt the need to walk up to them and say "you know wish youd have mentioned you borrwed the stapler yesterday, i had to go to your desk to find it!!". Thats being A LITTLE GIRL in my opinion. NTs do this ALL THE TIME.
Does anyone else get where Im coming from here?
Its called life experience, has nothing to do with knowledge. When you get older, and have a few more years under your belt, you'll understand a bit better what I mean. Right now you are still too young.
People at work are like that a lot. It's all rush rush, panic panic. People don't have the time to show courtesy. And it's not just NT's. I get snappy with people too.
We all complain about things which to some seem like they have no importance. I mean I once got frustrated because it was raining and my mum got frustrated because she wasn't bothered to read a page when she had to.
I don't think people can help what sets them off. Once you get into that rant mode there's no going back. I'm sure people on the spectrum do the same thing.

It's true you are making generalisations, as not all NTs are like how you describe.
Ahh you threw him the age card. Anyone that ever talks to anyone will come across people that have their little pet peeves. A 12 year old could relate to what you're saying.

I think it could be just misunderstanding. NTs expect others to be constantly anticipating what they need. But Aspies are more in their own world, so they seem uncaring at times.
On the other hand, I tend to think of most people as rather sick and twisted. Especially in the workplace, which is usually an unnatural and cruel environment. Maybe most people are angry deepdown about the whole crappy system, and being unable to get a clear shot at those responsible for it, well it has to come out somewhere so they take it out on each other.

What a load of crap. Life experience in one willing to learn would not allow such narcissistic, self serving generalizations. You may be older. But you still think like a ten year old NT.

True, life experience has nothing to do with knowledge, that's why a 16 year old just showed quite well the flaws in your post.
My first reaction to this topic was how many with ASD get upset over strange and small things, when even they don't understand why it makes them so upset they are unable to control it.
