I don’t typically use it in a casual sense.

It is getting to the point where we are going to need a new word to describe PTSD triggers. One could say that something is triggering their PTSD, but it’s probably not something most people would want to say…

I think they've traded Lucy Meacock in for a younger model on Granada Reports

I've been coughing for days.
I only try to have few hour naps throughout the day, then waking up coughing.

Now I've been coughing all night.
There's always this tiny irritating tinge in my throat that makes me cough.

At least a tenth of a time, it's violent enough to almost make me vomit.

And I've been drinking liters of water. It doesn't solve much. I can just feel it somewhere near my lungs; more phlegm.

My breathing seem to be a bit comfortable if it weren't for this.

I wasted a good portion of April for "this". :x

Every since the change, the sensation of hunger became... Weirder.

And way more tolerable.

Before, it was sometimes the reason why I couldn't get up from bed; the troublesome thought of having to prepare food so the hunger pangs go away.
So I ended up in a loop of having no energy to get up, the mind consuming more energy, having the empty stomach and the energy to resist the feeling of hunger in hopes I'd get up.

Now it's just... Mild tremors or even no symptom at all.
I just suddenly know that it's been 4-6 hrs since I ate.

No more stupid mini feedback loop that only breaks when I'm too distracted/focused or suddenly minding hunger or having a meal on ready hrs way ahead. No more fighting hunger either.
And that hunger doesn't feel like a complete whining.

I like the smell of horses. I haven't smelled a horse for a while though.

I'm all for saving the whale but those paper straws they give you with a McDonald's milkshake these days are just not up to the job. I suck hard and I need some structural integrity.

Plan 1 switched to Plan 2, then Plan O, Plans O (i) and O (ii), back to Plan 2, then Plan 3, actually let's do Plan 2, but no Plan 3, and back to Plan 2 but revised.

Also serviettes.

How about Plan 4, but likely still Plan 2 because Plan 4: Step A won't work unless Plan 3 works.

Is Plan O(ii) still on the table?

O (ii) was the worst of all, hissy-fits notwithstanding.
