Yeah. What happened over the Winter???

My arthritis is through the roof. Not just pain, but joint failure that, you know, makes you fall off chairs when you're trying to reach things higher up.

Ouch!

I was heading into resistance training this past Fall, now I'm eyeing physical therapy and drastic nutritional changes to shut this nonsense down!!

This is NOT part of my next 40 years plan!! !! !

My NT sister and I got blackmailed by our control-freak mom
into going to bed the same time as she does just because sometimes either of us get up in the middle
of the night needing to use the bathroom.

Our mom needs to stop expecting everything and everyone around her to
be perfect on a daily basis.
