Cracked article (link) about some very interesting plant behaviour. I'd study plants more closely if they didn't hang around with insects so much.

that is sooo cool! I like the flying seed thing and laughed like a crazy woman over the plant shooting down bad bugs with its pollen...that is just funny. :lol:

Now all we need is a plant that refines aluminium and drops it as little nodes of bauxite or alum. It would become so cheap and plentiful that people would never need mine aluminium again.

Ha ha my fav professor who thechs botany catch prase is plant are cool. Now I see why he say it
