As Jory mentioned, Peter is legally ret*d, Homer has an IQ of 55 (thanks to a crayon in his brain), and Stan is just someone who blindly believes what he views as American values.

However, I would have to go with Peter.

Well Homer is my favourite of the three but I think maybe Peter is probably the more stupid one.

Peter may technically be the dumbest, but Stan is the biggest moron out of those three. He's a fanatical patriot who refuses to accept the problems in his country and he's even threaten to kill his daughter on a number of occasions just because of her Left Wing views. Plus he works for the CIA which is notorious for their use of torture interrogations and assassination attempts. That makes him the biggest American Douchebag out of all those characters in my opinion.
