Does anyone have any clue how to look for an aide outside of school.

I am needing help. It seems like what would be optimal for me is someone who is basically halfway between an aide and a life coach, someone who is both helping me do things for me that I'm not capable of doing on my own, and is helping me find ways around my impairments and helping teach me so that I am more capable of doing things on my own when I have to.

But looking, all I'm being able to find is people who you go and sit down and talk to, and that won't help with getting me fed when I need food. And talking about it might be helpful, but it won't be nearly as meaningful as doing things, both the other person doing them for me, and them actively showing me what to do, and us going through and doing them together, until I can do something at least.

A few hours a week to start with would be optimal. But cost-wise, that's not something I think I could afford.
