Does anyone know of any good apps for aspies? Whether for autism specifically or just for helping in general?

I've been searching but can't really find anything...

There's some alternative/augmentative communication apps that could prove useful for some people. I'm sure there's a lot of organization and reminder apps, too. Then, there's games and other similar apps to helps us fidget, stim, or whatever.
