dcj - you think you're worthless because you've been discounted and abused. it's the abusers who gave you these negative ideas. don't let them win. PTSD tends to improve with time. try to hang in there and let time heal you. folks who have attempted suicide by jumping off things usually say they change their minds on the way down.

Really hate my job on top of all the other horrible stuff they've now made it so I can't do my job and then get mad at me for not doing it.

sly, a guy who gets upset over killing a cricket is quite attractive to me. that's gentleness, a virtue not always seen in guys. sorry the job isn't going well.

Always been told it's weakness or called a sissy/p***y

I'd like him. I pass him as I walked to work every day recently he/she had a friend I feel bad for it happening and for the friend who's alone now.

Then todsy I stepped on a snail :( i dont know if they can heal or if it was still alive I stopped when I heard a noise. I normally use my flashlight and look but was going by a house and didn't want to disturb then at 10:40 at night.

Just now we found out my sisters guinue pig died :( so much death in my life this week. I wish I could have helped the cricket and snail. I hope they'll somehwer nice and I'll be forgiven. Also still bit haunted from killing ants few years back I wish we could live in peace with animals.

Showe I'm not strong , probably best I wasn't allowed to join the marines. I have no doubt I can kill in defense but it'll haunt me.

Rest in peace cricket, snail and simon the giune pig of age 5.5

sly, ignore those who call you names. they're obviously no-good-niks who wouldn't know a good thing if it bit them.

Best I've been doing in a while actually, I have racing thoughts but I am coping with them well enough. I am on no drugs, not even my meds. It surprises me I am doing so well with no help.
