Holy Shi*t I just realized that I am more like this 80's robot than I am like people. Little metal bastard had AS:

"Input, more input" -special interest/research.

"too much input...ahhhh" -sensory processing disorder.

"Johnny 5 Alive"

Seriously, though; watch this movie again. The similarities are striking.

That is my 8-year-old AS son's favorite movie. I never noticed, but you're right...

this movie was my favorite due to this as well, some ways i can relate to Johnny #5,

another aspie like behavior of his I noticed in the movie, in short circuit 2, he disassembled the car (Stephanie's nasty husband/boyfriend's hot rod) and sat all the parts out in order down to every nut and bolt.

another was when he protested "no disassemble!!"

can remember playing this on the commodore sixty four, can anyone else remember it/the game?
used to play the same part over and over which was difficult in those days because of how long it took to load the bloody thing.

I love these films! It was the first film that ever made me cry.
