Do you collect anything?

I mainly collect business cards, but I also collect pins/buttons. When I was younger I collected pigs, pistachio shells, and Playmobil.

Movies, I guess. I have too damn many. And I need more.

My book collection is even bigger, but I haven't bothered cataloging those online.

Not real ones. Stuffed animals, piggy banks, plastic toy pigs, a handmade clay whistle from Haiti in the shape of a pig, and such.. I only had a few. I wanted a real pig, but they are a little difficult to pen.

I collect merchandise related to The Kinks, die-cast Routemaster buses, I've started collecting Hot Wheels and playing with them. I also have a big LP and a big CD collection of many bands and performers of the 60s and 70s. I'm also trying to collect Beatles movies on DVD, but all the movies are reissued at such different times. I've even seen and heard rumours on the Internet that A Hard Day's Night has now been colourized.

Ribbon, ribbon, and more ribbon! :D

Since I was nine years old, I loved ribbon. Especially satin ribbon. I have had drawers and boxes full of it, but now it is just two boxes (I think).

I've started a collection of Squishables http://www.squishable.com/s/

They are basically these huge, spherical plush toys that are made with high-quality, very soft material. I like to refer to Squishables as "the plushie lover's plushie", because their products are cute, cuddly and good sized - basically anything you could ever want in a plushie.

These are the ones I currently own:

Zombie (click)

Golden Tiger (click)

Mini Ninja (click)

Out of these, my favorite is definitely the Golden Tiger. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing a Squishable for the first time (they're currently out of stock on the main website but you can usually find them on Amazon - that's how I got mine!)

I plan on adding PuppyCat (click) to my collection in the near future.

I have a lot of fridge magnets and I used to collect playing cards whenever I went away anywhere.

I also have a lot of Cat ornaments and a lot of ABBA related things as well.

When we used to have Franklin mint I collected some Wildlife ornaments this was when I was working.

I collect books. Majority of them are paperback fantasy and sci-fi. Some of the Highlights are two Choose Your Own Adventure #2 and #97. How Fishes Live, Space Wars Fact & Fiction, a damaged copy of the US Airmans Handbook from WWII, 4 graphic intensive books that skew to the comedic side in order to teach people how to use a computer, and many more. The books fall along whatever interest I have. So I have quite a bit of military sci-fi from when I was into it, but now I've started going after superhero & superpower novels and books so I have those. Then there are the gaming books. I have about 3/5ths of all the Battletech Game books (about 3/4ths of the novels), almost all of Mutants & Masterminds 2nd Edition, and about 3/5ths of all the Palladium Game books(Rifts, Robotech, etc...)

And I have started a book end collection to go with my books. I have 7.5 sets of bookends so far and it's only going to go up as I find more cool bookends.

I also have my knick knack collection I use for decorations. These are trinkets that are really good for decoration purposes... at least I think so.
20+ metal puzzles
15+ wood puzzles
5+ plastic puzzles
5+ slinky's
3 music box movements
1 kazoo
1 insect eye
4 Wood boxes with designs on them
A number of Casino Die from Vegas
A hopscotch token
2 Rubber Poppers(The ones where you invert them, set them down, and then they pop up as they un-invert themselves)
Miscellaneous award coins from work

Ceramic/Glassware:
A vase I made in Elementary School
A ceramic pumpkin I made in High School
1 vase that my grandmother made when I was a child that I now still have.
6 large glass bottles(larger than 2 liters of volume inside)
5 Flower Arrangments I have made and their vases.
1 Glass Blackbird that is well black.
1 Glass swan
1 small Glass dove
1 Glass bottle I bought when I was 8 for 3 dollars because I knocked it onto a concrete floor and it didn't break and I was impressed by that and I've had it since.
1 Glass Tray I use as a place to toss my keys and a matching style glass cup I use for when I make jewelry and need to take a picture and hang the jewelry off of it.

Then there's my sword/blade collection. I got about 2/3rds of these from a fellow Aspie when he moved out west to the wonderful state of California and didn't want to drive with a trunkload of swords.
4 Katana
1 Wakizashi
3 Jian
1 Dagger
1 bastard sword(It has a dragons claw that's supposed to hold a red plastic sphere for the pommel)
2 one-handed long swords(Viking/Norse style, one is a replica, the other is usable)
1 two handed broadsword(Some fantasy style production)
3 Machete
5 large knives
4 small knives(Pocket Knives, including one swiss army knife somewhere)
I also have one Viking/Norse style shield I built, and a replica Viking berserker helmet.
I'm looking next to get a rapier.

I have all twelve volumes of the "Sailor Moon" manga re-release, plus the two-volumed "short stories" and the Sailor V volumes.

I don't really collect anything at the moment, but I do have past collections of things. A few years ago I asked for a World Almanac every Christmas, so I have a few of those; a few Japanese/Chinese things like a broken geisha statue, cat figurines, and a lantern; and a few dream catchers.
