I seem to be attracted to boys as young as 15. Is that normal, or am I a pervert?

I don't think you're a pervert. You have to make sure you know the laws of where you are before you pursue a relationship with a younger person.

You're young yourself. If you were in your 40s, I might start wondering.

Young adult males are in the same position as you.

It's not too abnormal.

Just remember not to break the laws and ever have sex with young boys 16 or 18 or under (depends on your local laws).

To be perv, you have to have way more age difference and be only attracted sexually. If that's not the case it's fine if you're both okay with it. For some reason, aspies tend to like people with an age difference too. Also, if you look at kids' parents, some of them have up too 10 years a part! So yeah...

Imagine if you were 25 and you were attracted to 21 year olds. It wouldnt be weird at all and neither is this.

I think it has to do with AS because when I was in high school, I liked a guy who was 16 or 17 and I was 18

Probably just typical 'out-of-the-norm' type stuff us Aspies are known for.

Typically in N.T dating, especially high school, girls will go for older guys and older guys will go for younger girls.

Girls feel more mature at that age than boys her own age, and older males...I don't know, they almost seem to prey on younger girls.

Not trying to sound creepy but that's just my opinion.

I have no other reason except for the fact that, socially speaking, it is easier to get girls younger than their own age. They find younger girls 'easier', for romantic relationships or s3x.

So, we now have two people on this thread that have admitted to liking younger people of the opposite sex when typically they are expected to like people older.

You're not alone goofygoobers.

And, I'll confess myself that I'm a teen guy that's always liked girls older than me more too. I find them personally just more mature as well and easier to deal with because of this more maturity and life experience. Maybe I have that same feeling teen girls have when they want an older guy. When I was in the 11th grade I fr*cken loved the 12th grade girls - all so nice...

Might not be an aspie thing, either.

A minority of aspies and N.T's like to date someone older or younger.

Maybe we're just more likely to...

In matters of sex there isn't really a 'normal'. Sexuality is as varied as the human race, each person has their own unique preferences and characteristics.

Agreed and we should try to accept these different preferences.

I'm just noting the culturally accepted views on things...

the fact that the relationship is more-or-less one sided would probably hit me in all the wrong places.

as for me i guess you could say i'm 'dating" someone, and she's two years younger then me. but she is exceptional and i still find myself attracted to more mature women. what a waste of time.
