I've no qualms at all about Cockney Rebel's status, and I don't know why he would feel the need to defend himself against the endless tripe that goes on around here. Gender misplacement isn't unusual, but he has determined what he is for as long as I've been here.

After scoring 106/160 on a vocabulary test, I decided to learn the meanings of some of those I answered incorrectly.

I now know that "tumid" means to be swollen; "torpid" means to be inert and that "quixotic" is where something is unrealistic and impractical. Perhaps I should have known their definitions already.

some mighta guessed that tumid=tumescent, and torpid=torpor [i'd heard the latter versions before]
