Histrionic personality disorder is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive attention-seeking emotions, usually beginning in early adulthood, including inappropriately seductive behavior and an excessive need for approval.
People who are avoidant go out of their way to make sure they have no attention-seeking behaviours.
To be honest I thought Histrionic Disorder was something else and what you've written sounds like the complete opposite to me.
