But Asperger's/Autism does not PRECLUDE a person from being in a happy relationship.

I don't believe that one is rendered "invisible" because of a Spectrum diagnosis.

So if Asperger's didn't exist, we would be single anyway?

I understand your frustration. You're jealous because you feel like your sister and a lot of other NT girls have an easy time getting into a relationship. And you can't even talk to a girl without being rejected or girls not liking you back.

Be careful though as a path built on hate is very dangerous. Eventually your hate will consume you and you will either come off as bitter or you will want to take revenge. Look what that s**t did to Elliot Rodgers. All he wanted was a gf and he could never talk to girls and he thought that he was clearly superior so as a result, he began to hate woman and eventually it led to him taking action and shooting some girls.

Another example is George Sodini (although he did have a girlfriend in his early 20's). What's ironic is that many women has described him as handsome in retrospect.

although George Sodini got to experience having a girlfriend, he admitted that he never got to experience spending a weekend with a girl, he never vacationed or traveled with one, never lived with one, which it seems most people get to experience the spending a weekend part or traveling, vacationing with one while in their 20's.

Why shouldn't she have a taste of what I have to face my whole life?!"

Does anybody agree with me?

I doln't think we should celebrate when anyone breaks up, but I see your point. She will have another bf really soon, so why act upset? I don't understand the logic. IMO if you can move easily from one person to another, that previous bf didn't matter much to you.

These can be obtained through escorts who offer what's called "travel services". She travels with you on vacation, and you're responsible for her meals and sleep accommodations (shared with you ;)), plus fees for her time. The feeling of the whole experience is just like with a girlfriend, and for the most part, you'll see all sights you want to see. After all, it's your time. The total cost numbers in thousands of dollars. Perhaps this George Sodini person can try this service.

While you can't continue the relationship past the vacation, given the nature of the service, the credibility you'll build in the escorting (stress on the E) community is priceless. That means other escorts she knows will be more willing to see you.

NT and highly functional Asperger person here.

Relationships are never going to happen for me. I know too much, or I think I do. Maybe I need to learn more. Yes that is the answer. Muahahaha... I will transcend.

Why relish in another person's pain. Everyone gets hurt and NTs are no exception. Have a heart!! ! Because what goes around comes around.

I've noticed, too, that people who are usually in relationships tend to be seen as more worthy of sympathy and help when they undergo a breakup than those of us who spend all our time alone. I suppose the right conclusion is that, in our case, our loneliness and misery are signs of how little we are worth as people.
