I'd say mine's at a 1, it's 3AM and I'm just relaxing in my room with my laptop.
My usual number is probably around 3 when I'm out and about, but it doesn't escalate much as long as I find ways to cope with it. It's better to just practice dealing with it than to mope around in my house.
I only go beyond 3 if I'm around someone that I like and feel like I'm not pleasing them or that I look weird or something, so situations where I feel especially self-conscious.
I'm pretty good at concealing my anxiety, fake it til' you make it.
