But it sure would be cool if they did!

I tend to believe that Jesus was a man who "found God" in a similar way that people "find God" these days.

But if he could perform "miracles," maybe he was indeed a human/alien hybrid with advanced technology on loan from the mother ship?

Who knows?

Wouldn't that be something?

I think we need some alien wisdom right about now.

Maybe if we all really focused our minds, if there are some benevolent aliens out there, they will help us and we might not even know it. Most humans would just think they were God or some kind of gods.

Eric Van Daniken's "Chariots of the Gods" books were filled with speculations about the Old Testament being all about space aliens. The Ark of the Covenent being a "two way radio" that Moses used to talk to the space aliens. Angels being space visitors, that sorta stuff. But Van Daniken didn't talk about the New Testament much.

Jesus did not have a 'hybrid' look. He was described as human looking. So maybe the aliens artificially inseminated his mom (hense the virgin birth), but with strictly human DNA. Kinda like what modern farmers do with prize cows.

But why aliens would do that I have no idea.

It makes sense.
Especially the ascension of Jesus scene seems UFO related.

But if there are aliens, we still have the same questions - where did they come from? Not just a question of where in space, but how they came into being in the first place...

It's easy. They are effect of evolution, just like us.
And how evolution started? The same time the space appeared.
And when the space appeared? The same time "God" appeared. = Never.

Time is infinite. It might seem linear to us but it has no start or end and it might curve in different parts of space. Time is just our experience. It is an illusion just like our thinking back then that "Earth cannot be round because people on the other side would fall down".

I always wonder how the same people who believe that noone created God find it hard to believe that noone created space and it was there forever just like their "God" does.

You've got your questions confused.

Some folks respond to the question of "where did life on earth come from?" with "aliens planted life here". Those folks then have to explain how life on the home planet of the aliens started. And if they say that "life on THAT planet was planted by other earlier aliens, then ....

The OP is assuming that life evolved here on earth from the earth, and that life evolved on the other planet from that other planet, but that the other planet spawned an intelligent spacefaring species sooner (maybe because the planet formed earlier) than we did and that they visited us.

And gosh darn it! Theyre still at it! Abducting us! Mutilating our cattle! And vandalizing farmer's fields with graffiti!

Speculation exists they came from somewhere within what is outlined by the constellation we know as Orion due to continual reference to this constellation in numerous civilizations existing in antiquity. Whether it is due to something extraterrestrial or just the fact Orion is very visible is not known.

Muhammed also "ascended" on a white horse to heaven. Maybe they beamed him up too.

But Christ couldn't have been a 'hybrid'. He would have combined human traits with alien traits, and would have been half bug-eyed!

That's just speculation. No one knows what E.T.s really look like. If you read the description of Jesus's conception and the way an angel told Mary she would have this extraordinary being that she has no clue she even conceived until she is told...sounds like a possible alien abduction scenario.

Some aspects of these UFO religions are interesting and make more sense the "normal" ones, I think they provide a somewhat more rational spin on creationism and certain religious phenomenon. Quick somebody call Giorgio Tsoukalos!
