Haven't used online shopping for a while but ASDA used to do free, if you spent over £40 there were occasionally free delivery slots but it was usually a 2 day wait.

Not anymore - unless it goes by the area?
I spend over £25 to get it delivered.

I remember something about having a wider time slot was cheaper i.e. if it was within 4 or 8 hours rather than the usual 2 hour times slot. Obviously giving them more flexibility if there is a lack of drivers.

I don't mind paying a £1 for what it saves me in fuel and physical/mental energy. Cheap as chips. :)

Shopping is usually a 2 hour ordeal for me - £1 would be a bargain but I prefer free

It is an ordeal for me too, especially the fluorescent lighting.
Too many choices, too many obstacles, too many queues.
Add to that the parking tickets I get, it really is not worth my sanity.

I use ASDA but if Morrisons were to lower their minimum spend to £25 I would use them too. Their cheap mayo is lovely.(and their cream cakes)

Perhaps I could give him a lift in my jaws to the nearest secluded mountain top?
