Yup, often is a cultural thing, have my own views in certain areas but they are my own and dont wish to rock any boats so to speak on these matters...
But i do admire her for coming on the forums and seeking advice as many youngsters give in to peer pressure. So was rather mature of her to express her thoughts here unlike many her age... Especially with internet, social media etc, one these days can feel more pressured into doing something they may not otherwise do , just to ''fit in''.

Well, seems real estate have dropped the tribunal case. Went into the office the other day for a meeting, for one and a half hours, presented my side of the facts. Seems i left them rather speechless. So they immediately dropped the case... Amazing what can be sorted out if they just made a phone call, or tx'ed for a meeting to discuss. mind you if i had taken it to main tribunal i could have come out with several thousand dollars better off... But could do without having to deal with that at the moment to be honest...

Well, just got back from town, ladies here needed wood ( fire wood before you get any ideas!) as its a little cool here, so got the fire going for them..

So, been good two days in a row i see, you are on a role! haha... Good to hear things are going well!
