IN POKEMON EXPLORERS OF SKY, BOTH DIALGA AND PALKIA SPEAK IN ALL CAPS, SINCE THEY ARE SO POWERFUL, BUT IT JUST LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SHOUTING ALL THE TIME. IT'S KIND OF FUNNY.
