I used to have a German Shepard. He was a great dog. I was sad when my mom gave him to my dad. He was 110-something pounds last time I saw him. Big alpha male of a dog. Name was Titus, as in the latin word "Titilus", which means something about honored title or something.

Anyone else want to talk about their German Shepard? Feel free.

Blake Belladona doesn't talk about that scene.

My Grandpa and Nana had a German Shepherd. Her name was Dutches. I played with her for hours. I also tried to ride her when I was between the ages 2 and 4.

I used to have a german shepherd/ rottweiller cross when I was a teenager. She weighed more than I did and her best friend was an ancient basset hound who lived round the corner. He used to stand underneath my dog to get out of the rain. Its funny how some pets have so much more personality than others. We always had dogs and cats growing up but that dog was really special.

I grew up with 2 different German shepherds, one was named Stymie from the show The Little Rascals and when she died, we got another that we named Sonny after the character Sonny Steelgrave from the show Wiseguy.

They were both amazingly intelligent dogs and it was tough losing them both. They lived long lives though.
