Can there be a set limit of topics posted per forum?

See viewforum.php?f=2 and all the stuff Xenocity has posted. At times he just floods the board with topic after topic on any/all news stories he reads. It's getting to be a bit much in my view, especially considering there is only a tiny amount of regulars on that forum! Most of the other topics that are active are literally old topics that were revived. It seems wrong for him to monopolize the forum just because there isnt much activity. One general Nintendo post would be a ton better than numerous topics ANYTIME there is a news story.

forum monopoly isn't exactly something brought up often. but i do know what you're talking about. i'll have a word with him.

next time, PM a mod or use the report button when you have a concern with another member.
