And if not, why? What would make Donald Trump NOT a tool for Hilary's rise to presidency? After all, both seem too want to expand their ego's more than serve the people they supposedly support.

I couldn't help but ask this question shortly after I watched this video, especially when, prior to watching this video, I was suspicious that Hilary Clinton was using Trump as a means of deteriorating the Republican party.

Is the Amazing Atheist another fearmongering YouTuber or does his video on Clinton have some truth to it? I would really like to know. :)

And IF Hilary Is indeed using Donald Trump as her political sock-poppet, what can be said about U.S. politics?

I would say that it proves just how easily manipulable the U.S.A.'s population really is, which makes me question the existence of its supposed "democracy".

Ooh, and there's a pony between Mars and Saturn! A pink one with dots!

For someone who supposedly doesn't believe in imaginary beings that guy is seemingly losing it in the other direction... and talking about 'ego' without mentioning the obvious megalomaniac is a bit off reality.

Although https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZQqyuRL6yY and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQPY_1iWcFk have a sufficient level of sarcasm.

Have wondered that sometimes.

Trump was friends with the Clintons.

Maybe some years ago they struck a deal: he hijacks the GOP during the primary season. And then in the general election his job is to drive the GOP off the cliff. And...everything is going according to plan! :D

For a while it looked like he might win. And it would have been like the Mel Brooks comedy "the Producers" (winning would have a been a disaster for the plan). But now its all back on track.

It makes a lot of sense, but I doubt Trump would be anyone's pawn.

I was smart enough to vote Rubio, who'd be ahead of Hillary right now.

Oh...but that's "the Art of the Deal". If Trump is the king maker (or Queen maker) then the new Queen (and the Democratic party) owe him big time.

That guy almost always looks better in cartoon form, just as his character is 2D. Reality is harsh.

The reality of many games and tricks people play on others is to give you a couple of choices. Both choices being the same ones. You just need to believe there is actually a difference, and you actually have a choice. It actually makes you feel as if you are deciding something instead of someone else doing it for you.

The ultimate outcome is when you finally realize you made a really horrible choice after the fact, you end up blaming yourself. It is your fault. Full circle comes when you vote for your next choice, and do it again.

Capitalism! Free markets! Yay!
Oh wait, this thread is about democracy rather than the question which of 500 different kinds of peppermint flavoured toothpaste to buy. Ha. Seems, they have some failings in common...
