Doesn't the TP stick to your hands? It sticks to mine.

They're not loud enough to bother me.

Two threads on hand dryers, argghhh.

Most hand dryers are not way too loud to me. But these ones...oh my goodness, I would rather pi$$ outside than use these to wash my hands after doing my business...the Xlerator Hand Dryer.

Those ones are in the 2nd-floor restroom of one of my college halls...I can hear them down the stairs and very loudly through most of the hallway on the 2nd floor!

I often dry my hands on my shirt if there are not towels.

Yes, sometimes I even avoid using them.

Yes they are too loud, I can tolerate it but sometimes they have a shrill, high pitched tone I can't stand.

More so I resent seeing these things in restrooms because it usually means there are no paper towels...ummm there should always be lots of paper towels available in public restrooms, just in case of, you know, the multitude of things that can go wrong when you are in need of a toilet. Then again, it's a good idea to have a dryer there too.

I think that restrooms should go back to the traditional paper towels. They work better and they're a lot less noisy.

It does, but it's quieter and it works better for me.

I don't mind the sound of hand dryers. But I don't particularly like them since it takes a long time to dry my hands, and it is much easier and quicker to use paper towels or regular towels.

Awfully loud, but the sensation of warm air is nice. It's even better if you outstretch your sleeves and the warm air flows up to the elbow. After all, it's only seconds and you can be free of the noise soon.

The toilet where my therapist is is VERY loud but also very sudden because even though I can control when it flushes, the timing on it is all weird so it's still hard to predict and it scares the hell out of me every time. I hate it.

I find them very loud but I actually really enjoy the deep sensation of the forcred air quite a bit. I hate light air like someone breating on my skin. I can't tolerate that at all but I love the feeling of a good, solid wind, or the strength of the forced air in the handryer.
