i can see LED very little Flicker they are really fast

they are bother me because i distraction on that light its faster than Fluorescent Lighting but both annoying i just look away it vibrations my vision i can feel them can you see LED Flicker at 50HZ?

LEDs work on direct current (DC) whereas the power in the wall is alternating current (AC).

Some less expensive LED lights cut cost on parts by using a half-rectifier (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rectifier ... tification). For me at least, those flicker in a very distracting way. I've gotten different christmas lights because the flicker was so noticeable.

also, the leds sometimes whine when i place them close to my ear.

i'd suggest you try different bulb brands- maybe send back those ones until you get to a brand that works.
