Whenever I try to upload an avatar, and click 'submit', I get taken to a page that basically says "this website has blocked you". But obviously it hasn't blocked me, as I'm still able to post on the forums! 
What's going on?

It's only 14.9 KB, so unless I greatly misunderstand file sizes, I don't think that's the problem!

Hmm. I wonder if they use a remote image host that you're blocked or blacklisted on?

I'm not even trying to use a remote image host either; just uploading straight from my desktop. Seems like this is one even Sherlock Holmes couldn't solve!
