I used to wear a 12 4E shoe, but I have had surgery on both feet. I had to have flat foot surgery and now because of the titanium plates in my feet, I need to wear a 6E shoe. I can find shoes no problem, but non one I've seen makes socks to accommodate people with super wide feet.
