Some people on the autism spectrum have issues with a monotone voice.
As far as I know there is no correlation between autism and height.
viewtopic.php?t=50935&postdays=15&postorder=asc&start=0Autistics do seem to look younger than their age, but no, one can't identify autistics via appearance as you can with Down's Syndrome.
I don't know that I look younger than my age, though I can't really tell. But just the other day a man asked me if I was my neighbor's mother. For that to even be a question, he would have had to have thought 1 of 4 possible things.
1. I became pregnant in my late teens.
2. She's younger than she is.
3. I'm older than I am.
4. Some combination of 2 and 3.
I think I might actually look older than I am due to some health problems.
