I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right topic (this is my very first post lol)
But I have a little bit of a habit... more like an addiction. Unfortunately, I am a smoker.
It happened when my antidepressants stopped working and I was looking for "another way" to cope (a friend suggested it) ... Fast forward 4 months and I'm addicted
I've tried going cold turkey, but that doesn't work for me and makes me crave them even more!
Smoking where I live is expensive, besides the health effects.
Does anyone have any tips/methods I could try to kick this nasty habit once and for all?
