I've had months to write this thing up but instead have left it to the absolute last minute. Going to bed now and setting an alarm so I can wake up and write through to the deadline.

If only there were a prize for procrastination

I suspect I am going to be miserable until it's over and strongly advise my fellow procrastinators NOT to do this.

My biggest regret in dropping out of university is that I never got to write my dissertation. It's been 12 years since I left and I keep thinking about writing it independently as a hobby.

Hope you got it done in time. One of the reasons why I left university was because I was fed up with doing all-nighters to meet assignment deadlines and doing crap, last minute work that did neither the assignment or my own ability justice.
