Quote Boxes Covering People's Avatars

Starting late yesterday,
when somebody quotes someone else's post,
the grey quote box covers up the avatar of the person posting the quote
and their information, so it's hard to know who's posting.

There are also now
little scroll bars along the right side of every individual post,
along with the main scroll bar.

EDITED TO ADD:

Just cleared my cache and cookies, and am still getting the same bug.

Also, for quite some time now, when I click on a news link here on Wrong Planet, the link takes me to a blank page and doesn't work. Since this has happened multiple times, I'm thinking it's a bug instead of just coincidentally running into a bunch of bad links.
