I've thought about it, maybe if I could find one cheap. I modded my NES for expansion audio, it doesn't sound perfect but it's okay. I haven't modded my NES 2 yet, because it requires also making a small modification to the Everdrive cart.

What he said. Also, the original Famicom can be modded to output composite video, and the A/V Famicom natively supports the same composite cables as SNES/N64/Gamecube.
As for power, I'm not 100% certain, but I thought Famicom was still 9v, so you could just use a US adapter.
