If Jesus is really returning, just why hasn't he done so yet? It's been about 2000 years. Why is he waiting so long?

The way my Dad explained it to me when I was a little kid was that his followers DID "expect him back like any minute" for the first 1500 years. And it was only in the last 500 years that "they've stopped holding their breath".

I propose a new ceremony called: "The Brexit." Where people are baptised in the sea with foreign waters.
But this is just a rough sketch.
So it would need to be a union jack, not a cross.

Ummm... not sure where you are going with that.

But the Union Jack is actually composed of three crosses: the Cross of St. George, the Cross of St. Andrew, and the Cross of St. Patrick.

That doesn't surprise me.
I probably learned it once in my life and completely forgot about it.

It's funny actually. I tried a mock citizenship test for the uk and nearly passed. But... that question never came up.
