Hi all. I think I registered on year a year or more ago but never really posted. At the time I was a parent of a lad with Asperger's (I still am - he's 24 now) But things have changed. I am in the process of diagnosis myself (Long story). I'm 52, the mother of 2 sons and in 2 weeks time I will have my formal diagnostic assessment. I was on the NHS waiting list for over a year with no sign of an appointment even on the horizon so I went private.
On Tues June 5th I will have in writing what myself and those who know me well already know! - Excited, but nervous
