Could that mean, she wants to be in a relationship with me ?

Why don't you ask her if she would like to do something with you? Maybe you have a shared interest, even if it just going for a walk.

She finds you charming. She digs you in some way. I would ask her if she wanted to see a movie or for some "coffee." "Coffee" doesn't literally have to mean "coffee." It can mean any sort of non-alcoholic drink. Going out for "drinks" means alcoholic drinks.

Being told you're "charming" is usually a great compliment.

It could mean a lot of things. Either she does want a relationship with you or she merely finds you charming in a platonic sense.

It can just be a compliment. Women have called me attractive, but that doesn't mean they want to be in a relationship with me.

I can't be 100% positive, because I wasn't there to observe the whole conversation, but it sounds like she might be hinting around that she is interested in you. I would ask her to do something with you sometime, and see how it goes.

Personality is what counts because that is what you spend the most time with. I'm sorry she doesn't have a better personality.

They usually have a either a good personality, or good looks, very rarely do they have both.
