Right now mine is 116. Which is marginally higher than average, but barely.

When I was in elementary school I was tested and got a 136, but this sort of drop is normal.

Just curious what IQ levels are like around here. . .

Your IQ doesn't change...

The highest score you get is the most accurate one. You probably recently took the WAIS which stupidly uses non-IQ based batteries to calculate the scaled score.

Wait Alex, I recently took the WAIS. Do you mean that my IQ could possibly be better than what they are saying?

mine's 155+, according to MENSA. i got the top score in the basic test, and they kept pestering me to take the "bigger" test, but i wouldn't, and then i moved and so they haven't caught up with me yet. hahaha - that learned 'em!

Look into the working memory and processing batteries. Its better to just average the verbal and spatial ones. A recent study was done about this.

Somewhere between 125 and 143, depending on the test.... and whether I'm half asleep or not.

I've never actually taken a bona fide "IQ" test that I know of. I probably have done so in the several psych tests that I've taken, however the results were not made known to me, and when I asked about it, all I recieved were incredibly vague answers.
That being said, I took an online "IQ" test back in 1998, and the result that I got was a score of 129.

Mine varies wildly. The worst I have ever done on an IQ test was 136 but that was because I was trying to do it at work without anyone noticing... so I did it in one quarter of the time.

The best I have done was 158 on a mensa puzzle which was a single puzzle that had 20 minutes allocated to it.

I normally score between 145-156 on these tests, which are either mensa tests or validated tests by some recognised authority. If I can concentrate on the test I tend to do really well. If I am tired/drunk or trying to them at work I tend to lose marks which explains the big range.

There are some really bad tests on the internet though which I recommend you all avoid - they are the ones tell almost anyone that they are a genius and you have to pay $10 to get your FULL report on how clever you are. They are a con, but I suppose its a good con for someone and no one really loses.

The one that I took was some University thing ( Forget which one) but there were hidden $10 charges or any of that crap. Then again, this was also done back in the beginning of 1998, which as far as I'm concerned was the last year of the heyday of the www.

I can't remember what mine is. I didn't pay too much attention to it anyway, since they told me it wasn't a good reflection of my mental abilities- my scores were all up and down and all over the place, whereas for it to be accurate they should be roughly in the same area.
