Bud light mixed with lemonade does have some alcohol in it I think

If they're mixed 50/50 you'd end up with about 2% alcohol.

Mixed with 3.5 % beer it would be even less right?

Yes, if you're mixing booze with not-booze in a 50/50 ratio, the end result will always have half as much alcohol.
~1.75% if it's 3.5% to start.

1.75 is very close to 2 %

And no I've never alternated alcohol with water. I do drink pop through when I go out because I get bored of alcohol sometimes and pops way cheaper

I don't think pop would provide any benefit because it also dehydrates you.

I never alternate water with booze, but I've never needed to.

I am guessing you pace yourself well

Most likely. I don't have a very high tolerance so it's easy to be nicely buzzed without drinking a lot.

I drink fairly strong drinks though. Usually between 5 and 10% and almost never weaker than 5%.

I'm curious if I'd even notice that.

A few games I've brought a mildly spiked Gatorade that probably worked out as 2% or so. I don't think I've ever consciously noticed a difference.

Last night when I was drinking beer and was at karaoke this older woman who was part of my group said about me “I don’t like him”. I could have misheard what she said though.

Getting drunk on the weekends has been a problem now since 2019 (didn’t drink much during the lockdowns in 2020-2021.)

But still I probably need some advice on how to control my drinking better when stressed

It's hard because alcohol in the short-term makes you feel less stressed, but after it wears off one feels more stressed. If one starts drinking regularly it gradually makes it harder to ween themselves off.

I have a picture of my ID on my mobile. I am not sure they will accept it though?
