Which online communities have you gotten banned from?

What did they tell you you did wrong?

Was their ban justified?

What action did you take?

I've never been banned or warned about anything.

I quit one place because they were raging idiots, but that was my choice.

I never received a ban or warning, either.

I know that some subreddits can be pretty crazy about that, though.

I have taken whole forums down, plundered them into the ground.

Once me and my friend made a whole community leave for another forum which was quite an interesting experiment.

I also kidnapped a moderator once in my house off a popular AWFUL forum.

Ahh fun times. You're lucky I'm behaving on here although I do miss that Australian anomaly that shows it's alluring dark grasp sometimes.

I got banned from Reddit, no idea what caused it.
Meh.

I was able to get Kelsey's contact info so nothing of value was lost.

I’m impressed.

I got banned from r/AskAnAmerican for something I said about a certain member of Congress.

Temporarily suspended for mentioning a moderator's first name, when I did not know what the mod's name was before then.  Had I not been suspended, it is unlikely I would have ever learned the mod's real name.

Or the mod's address.

Or the mod's phone number.

Or the mod's place of employment.

1) I was banned from a Discord server.
2) I remember I disagreed with a moderator (about the way they treated a new member) and I've made ableist remarks about this person.
3) Yes, justified because I showed insolence by replying to a moderator when I knew the rule was not to reply after an action from moderation and I have made ableism and it was forbidden and I knew it.
4) I didn't take any particular action.

I'm saying ableist things but I'm disabled myself and my partner is in a wheelchair.

I’m trying to get better and having better understanding for others.
I also try to stop gate keeping on self-diagnosed people.

I haven’t been banned but I have gotten a few warnings for posting certain things on WP.

I got banned from Reddit within minutes of joining.I dont know why that happened.I was just asking about relocating.

I have been banned from Reddit 4 times now.
My first account was suspended after I told someone dreadlocks are for everyone. Fought it post suspension and my account was permabanned.

The other three were banned within 32hrs. One I asked about neurodivergent services, the other two just existed and were banned without posting.

All were for violating tos somehow. Its not my IP as my SO has an account. Its wild!

I have been in Facebook jail multiple times too. They also weren't justified imo. One was a picture of water bottles that made a scary face (inappropriate), one was a repost from Keep California Farming (bullying), a discussion about indigestion and diarrhea (terrorism), and I called someone a potato (bullying.)
