No, I'm not. But I've had plenty beer from Iowa. 8)

That's fair, and makes more sense. Sorry if I came off as being harsh. I'd still branch off and try something you can't buy in a store. You can always ask for a sample or two from the bar keeper. If you go to a bar too, I'd use something called untapped. It's an online menu and you can see what kind of beer that bar has, the ABV %, and how popular it is/has been rated.

This whole “going to the bars to meet people” experiment doesn’t seem to be working. Nothing ever seems to work. Instead, the status quo remains for me.

Did you end up approaching the bartender :3

She's most likely there to work, most likely a uni student trying to pay her expenses.

She's not there to be courted.

Yeah young women don’t like unwanted attention. One of my friends who is 66 tried to chat up a woman in her early 20s that was a lesbian.

I figured by definition no one wants or likes unwanted attention.

If they did, it would be wanted attention, no?

I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK
I sleep all night, I work all day
On Wednesdays I go shopping
and hang around in bars

Cheers!

What's your drink of choice?
idk if I have a definitive favorite. I’ve been trying some light beers like Busch Light and Coors Light.

I use to drink Coors Light, and I had extreme depression afterwards, even one bottle had major side effects, It's Iced Tea now.
